Lost shipping return trade in item - Samsung

During the most recent Sale on samsung.com, I bought a new watch7 and traded in my old watch5, and a Tab 9+ and trading in a Tab7. They sent me a return label for each and since it was Fedex, I was able to drop off at a local Walgreens.
I had 2 packages with 2 tracking numbers to send back. She had trouble with the scanner at first, but finally got it working. She scanned them both and I got a text about it being in their system and left.
Fast forward 2 days and I decided to check the link and it turns out only one item is showing in Fedex system, the Tab7 return, which was a $31 value on trade.
My concern is the watch isn't showing at all. I still have the tracking documents that I printed and when I put it in, there is no tracking for it. I'm worried Samsung is going to try to charge me like $300 for the watch now.
What do I do? I guess I can go back to walgreens and see if she is there and remind her. Maybe there would be cameras showing her I handed her 2 boxes. Ugh. I feel like I'm about to get screwed out of a trade in.
Anyone had something like this happen? Any advice?

Did you not get a receipt for the packages you dropped off and she scanned?
If not then you effed up

She asked if I wanted a text or email. I said text and got a text right after walking out of the store.
But clicking on the link just said "tracking not in our system yet" so I didn't think much about it. Now, a couple of days later I click it and it only shows one label. The other isn't in Fedex system.

Call Fedex customer service and give them the two tracking numbers to see what's listed on those tracking numbers. You can find more details that way.

So I trade in through Samsung every year and only ever had an issue once but it worked itself out before I had to do anything. It took a week or so longer than any previous time but not quite your scenario.
I still haven't sent my Watch6 in yet. How good is the 7 though? Absolutely love it.

Forgot to come back to this thread and post the results.
I contacted samsung via chat and told them what had happened. Based upon that chat, I was told I would not be charged. I did take screenshots of the chat.
A week goes by and the return date approached and I get a reminder email to return. Chat again and again told I would not be charged
2 days after the return date passed, my card was charged. I chat again and was told there was nothing they could do without a fedex tracking number.
I let it go because I really couldn't stop it.
Then about 2 days after that I got an email from Samsung saying my refund was being processed and sure enough I got a refund a couple of days later.

Glad it worked out for you. I've had similar issues with Samsung and trade-ins. Items lost/stolen both directions.
The most aggravating one was pre-ordering a phone at launch. Phone was never delivered by FedEx but marked as an upgrade with Verizon. Local FedEx manager found my delivery box on the loading dock empty. It was a royal pain in the arse to get Verizon, Samsung, and FedEx to all cooperate. I couldn't order a new phone from Samsung because my account was already tied to a new phone with Verizon. Samsung couldn't do anything without FedEx acknowledging the phone was stolen prior to being delivered. Verizon was in a similar position. By the time they all starting cooperating with each other, I had lost all of the pre-launch perks. Samsung did come back and make it right by providing me with a decent credit to use at their store.
I've also had trade-in devices go missing. Now I only drop them off at the actual store where they can be scanned into the system as received. No more dropping off at UPS/FedEx/USPS.

Actual store being what, a Samsung store?
I learned my lesson too, if you have 2 boxes, have them scan them separately to create 2 scans in the system. They told me scanning multiple boxes only generated one walgreens text, but when I finally opened it two days later, there was only one tracking number attached to it.
Yeah, from now on, I'm taking it directly to a Fedex store or something and getting labels before I leave if nothing else.

Yes, depending on whether the trade-in is going to Samsung or Verizon/ATT/etc.
