Looking for best workstation laptop

Earlier this year I was looking at the MSI WS65 9TM which got great reviews. Lately it seems that they are out of stock everywhere.
My main usage is for work where I use AutoCad and a few site construction rendering programs. I will be looking for as much RAM as possible and a top end video card just to be safe. Also, I usually have numerous programs running (Outlook, Excel, Word, Internet, etc.)
My current computer is an older Asus G752VS that is extremely bulky. I would like to go with a 15" monitor and something smaller where it is more friendly to travel with.
Are the Razer laptops good for office use? What out there is taking the place of the MSI that was #1 on the workstation laptop list earlier this year?

I've used surface books for several years now. docked while at my desk with 2 32" monitors. Never had an issue other than age on my 1st one. my office manager has a surface laptop and my techs have surface tablets. I like em all

Personally, I would be looking into Thinkpads from Lenovo with one of their docking stations.
In my opinion specs like RAM, CPU, GPU, etc.... are not as important as use; when choosing a brand. Most all large manufacturers will make/sell a laptop with the same specs as the next guy. In other words, brand X with B specs can also be bought from brand Z with the same B specs.
I work in a close industry it seems and my company provides us with Thinkpads.
We are constantly moving from job site, office, home, client offices, etc. I also use office, autocad, navis, raster, etc.
I could sit here and list all the things I like about it, but in short...They are just a solid laptop for someone who is a power user and constantly on the move. Specially coupled with their docking station. The only downside, if you even consider it one, is the weight and thickness. I've always chalked that up to being the norm with any "workstation" laptop though.
As far as specs go, they are configurable.

Yea everyone else in our company has Lenovo Thinkpads. I got my other two guys that work for me the P series. I just hate how they are still so bulky. That was the reason for looking at the MSI or Razer brand was that those two were a little more thinner.
I just want to go with something small as I plug it into a 48" ultrawide curved monitor at work anyway. No need to go large on the laptop. My goal is to be able to walk in and plug the Thunderbolt connection in and everything transfer over.

I'm on that Dell Mobile Workstation Precision 7520 life.
Got 32GB of RAM and 2TB M2 SATA SSD.
It's a little heavier than your typical laptop...but I like a sturdy laptop.

I ended up changing at the last minute to the MSI WS75 10TM with updated ram to 64GB.
This one had a better CPU, Ram, and video card than the Razer or the Lenovo’s I was looking at.
And it had the Autodesk certification with it (can’t remember what they call it).
