Looking at getting a new phone soon, should I wait for the next batch?

I'm with AT&T and I'm looking at the note 4 or nexus. Should I go ahead and get one of those now, or are the new phones coming out soon?

Note 4 just came out a couple months ago so 5 probably wont drop for another year.

Nexus is fantastic, only phone I'd even consider waiting for in your shoes is the G4 but I'd still grab the Nexus.
