Lips not synced with TV sound

I have the 65” Samsung Curve Tv and DirecTv. I’m noticing that the voices and the mouth movements do not sync up. Is this a DirecTv thing or is it some sort of setting on the Tv?

I just have HDMI from DirecTv receiver to the TV

One of my genie boxes in my bedroom does this from time to time. I find if I power down the box and restart it it fixes it for a while. I've been doing this for about a year because I dread calling DirecTV tech support in India. It never gets out of sync on my main box in the living room though, just on that 1 genie box.
