i'm old, i'm busy as frick and i've already paid for lifetime pass in plex (plus it works perfectly for me and my group of friends).
not gonna switch unless plex jumps the tracks & ends up in flames in a ditch.

It's coming. You can't just ignore your users forever and continue on like everything is grand.
Plus, IIRC, the original question was starting with which service. Which IMO is Emby, easily. I get not wanting to switch when you're invested already. I started with Plex too but eventually realized Emby worked much better for me.
