Just got this case. I really like it. Touch is more responsive than I expected. Nothing can beat glass screen protectors though. The only thing is I wish the back was rubber not plastic for more grip and for laying it on the dash board. Almost makes this a new phone. Does anyone else have this case, your thoughts?

Both sides could hear? I turned off noise cancellation.

LifeProof changed the material they use for the membrane. The cases have much better response and I have no issues with the muted sounds

But what’s the point most phones are waterproof now.

I’m not sure the power port and speakers are water proof. Lifeproof covers dirt and sand too. Looks cool anyway.

iPhone 8 is IP67 rated. It can survive submerged for 30 minutes under 1 meter of water.

Why do you care what others use on their phones?

I just asked a question. Life proof cases used to provide a benefit and warrant a higher cost. Now that the benefit is a feature of virtually every popular phone I’m curious why people still buy them.

It's an $800 device. I don't care.
