Learning how to use AI resources - advice requested

Hi folks,
I am trying to slowly come up to speed on learning AI and how to use AI for my company's website.
Can anyone point me to resources/tools online (videos, documents, etc) to learn more about AI generally and then options for using it with a company website to possibly help users find information more quickly?

Honestly, I would subscribe to ChatGPT and ask ChatGPT these questions.

The AI landscape is huge already and changes by the minute. You'll just have to explore what's out there to see if there are any specific tools that do what you need. If I don't know exactly what I need then I just default to ChatGPT and either just use it for the task or ask it to find a better tool.

Thanks for the replies. I think my need runs a bit deeper, maybe not, I don't know for sure, which is why Im asking. I want to figure out how to possibly use it for customers to get information, but the "right" information, so I suppose I would need to create data sets for it to use instead of just web information.
And perhaps how to provide tech support to customers without them having to contact us.

One of my business partners specializes in this. I'm trying to learn it some but am far behind her. It comes at a cost though and is changing rapidly. Might have to go it alone until you're willing to pay.
Right now most of her business is coming from avatars that people are using because they are afraid of public speaking to do their own ads etc. it's very relatable and doing well for her. But that's just a small part.
