So I have TV-Addons installed. Do I need to download Exodus manually or will it automatically replace Genesis when I log in this evening?

are the "latest movies" and "most voted" and all that not populating for everyone else? i assume it's just because it's brand new and no one's really voted on anything yet. the "people watching" category populated, and the search works great.

Do you have KODI? If so, it's on the list of Video-add ons under the Add-on Installer program.

Exodus doesn't seem to be complete or fully baked. Many of the sections (categories like genre, box office, etc.) return no results. Anyone else get no results when selecting genre, etc?

Exodus is working far better than anything I used with The Beast.
I removed The Beast and replaced it with Wookie.
Love Exodus.
I've been able to watch everything in 1080 with no buffering.
With the beast and Genisys, I always had to use LQ.

Was using genre last night.. Worked fine for me.. Also looked up cinema and that worked...
On a side note kodi updated today for me on my note 5..16.0 I believe..

Has anyone figured out how to download a show?
With Genesis, you long press on the stream you want and it was in that drop down list. In Exodus it's not an option. See screen caps for reference.

If you check the Exodus settings, you have to enable the download option and as part of that enabling, you need to set the download location.
Then I assume it will be an option on the content screen.

Thanks. I haven't had time to dig into the settings. I was thinking it might be in there, just haven't checked.

What do you mean "replaced"? Does Genesis no longer work, or do you mean that Exodus is better?

I'm new to this and Exodus is working way better than Genesis. A few of the options do not populate any results but overall it is very good.

I've only been messing around a little with Kodi for a few months. Since I had no clue what I was doing, I downloaded a wizard (The Beast) so I didn't need to load each individual add-on.
The main add-on that I used was Genesis. It seemed to work better than the other add-ons. I could always find what I was looking for,but the quality wasn't great. If I chose a HQ link, it would buffer FOREVER. So I just started using the LQ links.
Then Genesis started crapping out so I stopped using Kodi for a while.
I was bored Friday night, so I did a fresh start on Kodi which erases all of the Wizard and returns a clean Kodi. Then I added a new Wizard Wookie which has Exodus as a main component.
So far, I have been able to stream everything in 1080 or HD with no buffering.
Real short answer is that Exodus is better. Although most of the menus stopped working. You can still find what you want using search and the links work. Just the various menus crapped out.

Oh. I forgot a big step.
I installed wookie. Wookie then has options to install other wizards. I guess the one I picked had Exodus prepackaged.
Think I got the idea from one of the most recent wookie / kodi vids on youtube from that guy that gets overly excited about every single build that comes out.

Genesis is not being updated/supported any longer. So eventually, the streams that do work will peter out. The guy that developed Genesis is the same guy behind Exodus.

I'm having problems too. I tried to go to search, people search, genre, and years are not working for me. Only one that works in in theaters now.
