Do yourself a favor and get PlayStation Vue instead.
Reliable? Looks up channels and only channel I really want that isn't on the cheapest package or any package for that matter, is Comedy Central.
But shite, I can get Vue, Netflix, and Hulu for $50/mo, which is half of what I pay for Directv currently.

Too bad it won't lol
I don't pay for PPV , the theatre is obsolete because I have all the new movies . I have any channel , any sport, live stream and Netflix so hate on sir lmao. Oh yeah it doesn't cost me a dollar.

quote:Very. I haven't had a problem with Vue in a long time. They are constantly adding new stuff also, such as being able to watch 3 games on one screen for March Madness. They originally had Comedy Central, but they lost all of the Viacomm channels. I have the middle package for $35 and get all the sports channels that I need, plus local CBS. It also has DVR, which DTVNow doesn't have yet.

What happens when production companies aren't receiving enough revenue because so many ppl are stealing it? No one has entertainment then. HBO is able to produces such great content because of paying subscribers. That's how this works.

I canceled my DirecTV today. Bye bye.
When they asked why I was canceling, I told them I was going with PS Vue. They didn't even try to sell me on DirecTV Now.
Lol great customer service.

I'm looking at a deal from DTV/ATT for tv and internet for 90$/month, should I not do it? That includes 4 boxes and a modem.

Just got this deal. Had everything installed today. $100 total includes 4 TVs, 45mbps U-verse internet, and phone. Also includes $350 in gift cards.

I do see the 100$ gift card. Where are you seeing the 350$ in gift cards? How is the internet and the tv?
Posted on 3/11/17 at 9:14 pm to TigerDent
For the the $350 u gotta call and order over the phone. The $150 is the standard offer. I called for some info, and was about to hang up on the guy and order online, but he offered me the extra $200 if I signed up over the phone with him so I went for it.
It's basically a closing tool.
Edit- definitely go for the deal. I just shopped around and it's the best value, and cheaper than getting just internet and going with a streaming service like vue or dtvnow when you factor in the rebates and included equipment.

It was $150 for dtv and internet. The rep said if I added the phone for $9.99 (1 year contract) that they would throw in an additional $200.

I find that the people that do this are the same ones that bitch about Medicare/Medicaide, Government subsidies, welfare and SNAP.
Irony in America is a beautiful thing.

I think you underestimate just how much honest people despise this. But then again you probably really do not care.

Anyone have the Directv Now? I read it was shitty at first, but they have improved greatly over the last month or so
I have it and it's been great. I haven't had any major issues some other have stated. Vue has its well documented issues as well. None of them are perfect. Check out the free trials and decide for yourself what one fits you better.
