Is there anyplace in BR to buy an Iphone5 screen and digitizer.

I saw a bunch at the flee market on Airline in Pville. They are $70-$80. You would be better off buying it online.

Is it cracked or just not working? Bring it in to Apple and there's a good chance they'll switch the whole phone out for you

Damaged the ribbon cable? Are you confident that the second time's a charm? Otherwise, maybe the repair shop is the best option. What are they charging for labor now? What sucks is that the iPhone 5's screen replacement is a 5-minute job, similar to the iPhones up to the 3gs, whereas the 4 and 4s were annoying and time-consuming. I'd hope the labor charge scaled down appropriately.

What's bad is that i replaced a 4's screen for a coworker the other day with no problems. The problem is that you have take off the speaker and camera modules from the old phone and put it on the new. So I just ordered a screen that has all that stuff already attached for $50.
