The 14 was a miss for apple. Yes it's faster, but it's more of a 13S. The 15 is supposed to be a worthwhile upgrade to the 13, but I'm withholding judgement. I suspect that's going to be the phone the 14 was supposed to be.

And when I say upgrade, I don't mean it's worthwhile to spend your money buying every generation or even every other generation. Most people would be fine with a phone 3-4 generations old and never want for features. I mean that the technology is improved enough to justify calling it an improvement over previous tech. Slight as it may be.

USB-C will be a good thing, but most users won't notice a difference in their daily lives because of it.

It will be less annoying to users not having to carry multiple types of cables unless all your devices are Apple only. I got micro, USB A to USB C, USB C to USB C, and lightning cables in my travel bag.

Isn't Apple supposed to be getting rid of the notch too? Does that bother anyone else?

I'm two weeks into having my S23 Ultra. Pretty great phone. I went from the 21 to the 23, and even though the 21 is not that old, it still feels like a major upgrade and leap forward.
