Figured the AT&T thread had run its course and it was time for an official thread. Who’s expecting their X to show up today?
All of the reviews I’ve seen have shown FaceID running pretty much flawlessly, though I did just read The Verge had some spotty showing in bright situations. Will be intrigued to see how that works out, but luckily for me the sun will be gone until March so I should be set for a while.
I also will be picking up the white silicone case from the Apple store on lunch today. Couldn’t decide which case to pick up, so this will hold me over for now. I’m hoping if I go later in the day that the crowds will die down.

Mine is supposed to be in today. I ordered the Spigen Slim Armor case. I've had one on my 6 plus for a couple of years and I love it.

My wife and I are each getting one delivered today. Went to Best Buy yesterday and grabbed some cases and wireless charging mats. Interested to see if they work through the case. Don’t really trust the Best Buy employee’s word on that. Wasn’t all that excited after he announcement but running the iPhone upgrade program as a business expense, so what the hell, right? Report back later after you receive it.

Somebody else had stated that you must be there in your timeframe or you’ll be forced to go tomorrow to pickup.
I didn’t get that info directly, but it was in the AT&T thread.

Never had a problem with this. You should be good. Might have an issue with an Otterbox Defender/Lifeproof case that's ridiculously thick.

The otterbox Being sold by Apple is not bad at all.
I haven’t owned an otterbox since iPhone 5 because of the added size but this one is minimal.

Damn... I actually like that. The case I got from spigen doesn't look like it protects the top and bottom of the phone so I might look for something else.

I’ll post more pics once the phones in it. UPS is right down the road if their “follow my delivery” map is acccurate.

Yeah me too. Don't have huge hands and using the + with one hand sometimes sucks.

Ashley: The moment it's available for pick up you'll get an email confirming and letting you know it's ready, once you get that email you can pick it up at any time the pick up window just makes it a bit faster!
