iPhone 12 mini vs SE 3rd Gen

0Need a new iphone. Currently have SE 1st Gen. not the biggest tech guy. Considering these two options because I like smaller phones (and have good promotions right now through AT&T)

-smaller and lighter but A14 chip

That was true for all 12 models, not just the mini.
