Is there a single on & off setting for each of these, or do you have to go into each and turn everything off including the respective settings for each under each individual app listed under the search & Siri settings?

I see a restriction for Siri and Intelligence, but I thought where it was now is more about restricting a user like a child to avoid using Siri for web searches or dictations to it at all. If i turn it off there Siri is still in settings just the same I just can’t call it up to ask it anything or dictate to it. It seems like it is still doing things in background unless I turn it off everywhere. I think it used to be under the allowed apps and features which seemed to stop it more and also remove it from settings (or hide it), but at some point it shifted into its own setting under restrictions.
