I have comcast 1,200 MB’s. I know, it never matches that. The phone and IPad get around 500-600. My laptop is staying around 120-140. What should I do?

If that's your laptop, it's not capable of 300 to 400 mbps. You'll have to upgrade the wireless adapter.

quote:That model should have 802.11ac adapter, and given that it used to get 300-400mbps I'm sure it does. Something has changed. Maybe a Windows or driver update screwed it up.

I suppose you've tried moving the laptop around? Maybe give your router and laptop a reboot and see if it speeds up.

Did that today. Laptop usually stays in same room with router.
I bought this particular laptop because the specs were really good and I wanted to futureproof it for awhile.
