Fellas,
I'm in Contruction right now and Im trying to pick out some ceiling speakers for the living room and "man cave".
Would these suffice?
LINK
Any other suggestions?
Also the ones that I linked will they play different in one room than the other? or are they all tied to whatever tv they are hooked up to?

I personally use Kef 6.5" in-ceiling speakers for my front L & R speakers, and for my rear L & R speakers, with a Kef center speaker. I also have a Kef 10" subwoofer as well.
The A/V receiver you choose will make a big difference. Choose wisely. Personally, I am a fan of Yamaha and their Aventage series of receivers.

I would not put anything for commercial use in my home.
To play different music in different zones you need two things. Each speaker pair needs to be a home run back to the equipment. DO NOT run the speaker wire in series.
The second thing you need is a receiver that allows for multiple zones of music.

I'm also in the middle of the new construction and asked Crutchfield and local vendor to provide suggestions for in-ceiling speakers.
Crutchfield has recommended Polk Audio RC 60s for the Living Room, but said I could also go with Polk Audio RC80s if I wanted a little better sound.
The local company recommended Revel C263
I ended up going with the local company because the equipment was little better priced and they would do all the install.

Ceiling is OK for atmos speakers but absolutely do not do ceiling for your base layer (5.1 or 7.1) speakers in your mancave.

Unless your wife just doesn’t want speakers in the house, put some big arse floors in the man cave.

Do yourself a giant favor and save a ton of money and buy Arylic’s for your new home.
I have 6 of them in my house controlling in-ceiling pairs in different rooms and love them! You can group all the zones are play different content on each pair. You can also control the volume all from your phone.

I forgot how many wives were listening to the drum fidelity on "Who Are You?" They need low scale Zac Brown band while they're boozing. You maybe need hi-fi in the man room. Maybe.
But $400 worth of Sonos in 3 rooms, they don't need to call
you when they need to change the channel.
