I have an old laptop that I want to get some protection. I use it mostly for music and don't surf the web with it that often. So what you got?

Avast! Free is what alot of gamers use, a very small footprint and hardly uses any resources. Good protection too.
I used to use MSE, but sometimes you can get a link which looks just like it is from MSE, but usually it is spyware.
