I'm getting hundreds of emails each hour all of a sudden. I was also getting random phone calls from all over LA at the same time.
Ive changed all passwords.. is there anything else I can do?

I've had the same problem on my work phone. At first it was easy to ignore because they were from DC, Wyoming, Oregon, etc. Now they use 504-,985-,337- area codes and I have to answer.
I've done everything I've been suggested and nothing works permanently.

Been using Nomorobo for several months now, and have been very pleased with its effectiveness! Just one ring, and computer-generated phone calls are disconnected!

Email is tough. Depending on who you use, you might be able to get SPAM filtering added to your account (usually at a cost). You could also go through the hassle of changing your email address, but then you have to reset all of your subscriptions on the web (one of which was probably scraped by spammers, so you're probably only delaying the onslaught).
Personally, I'm a bit more anal than most when it comes to SPAM, so I do two things: (a) I use email aliases, where each website I subscribe to gets their own email address, and (b) I use strong spam/AV filtering on my email client. I'm not sure either are preferable for non-nerds, but that's what I use.
For spam calls, there are several good options already suggested (never heard of Jolly Roger, but it looks like a hoot!). One other option (again, that I use) is Google Voice. You can get a GV number linked to your actual number, and then give out the GV number to everyone.
GV has pretty good voice spam filtering, plus you can set rules like you can with email, i.e. let everyone on your whitelist through without issue (like family members). Everyone else gets sent directly to voice-mail, and GV even has some pretty good voice spam features built in as well.
These are just some suggestions to consider. I hope they help.

There's an app called Privacy Star where you can report scam numbers and the crowdsourcing quickly figures out who's legit and who isn't. They typically spoof a recently disconnected local number.
When all else fails, I pretend to fall for the scam and tell them my name is Ben Dover or Pete Moss. That way I can waste 15-20 minutes that would otherwise be spent scamming a real victim. I always encourage that approach because if everyone who was on to them did it, telemarketing scams wouldn't be viable.

Speaking of the devil, just got one.
I didn't have my credick card statements with me so they're going to call back. I gave them my "home" phone, which is actually a Rickroll.
