SEC+ is part of ESPN+. Sign up for ESPN+ or the Disney+ bundle.

If you get the SEC network in your TV service you have access to SECN+.
Use your TV provider login to access it on the ESPN app.
ESPN+ is a totally separate subscription. You can't get SECN+ by signing up for ESPN+.
