Help needed - website logins

For the last couple days, I'm having an issue logging in to a few sites that I use frequently. When I enter user name and password and then hit "submit", it's almost as if the page just refreshes. Still on sign in page with everything cleared. No warning that I've used the wrong user name or password, just acts like my login attempt never happened.
Anyone ever come across this or know how to get past it?

you might try opening notepad or something and typing in the password you *think* you're entering to see if there's a problem with a given key including the enter key, etc.
i have a wireless keyboard and from time to time a couple keys have messed up and i had to pull the usb dongle and plug it back in to reset the keyboard.
make sure the usb dongle isn't too far away from the keyboard too; that can lead to issues.
might also require a reboot.
easy to check it in something other than a browser first to make sure all the keys are doing what you think they're doing.

i've tested the potential password issue you mentioned, but that's not it.
Also, the issue has occurred on 2 separate computers in 2 different locations and on the same 3 websites.

Sounds like maybe your porn sites are getting DDOS attacks.
Have you tried different browsers to see if it's the same across all? Have you previously logged on to these sites on each of the devices you're trying? I would try clearing the browser cache / temp files. If that doesn't do it, maybe check with support at whatever one you think will have the best support and see if they are aware of any issues?

You might need to turn off a certain ad blocker for those three sites. I have had a few issues with ublock Orgin causing login failures.
ETA: I sometimes have issues with HTML5 Autoplay blockers causing problems.

It's happening in both chrome and edge. Still happening, but found I can get past this by using incognito mode in chrome. At least it's working for the time being.

Did you try clearing cache/cookies? That incognito works suggests a problem there.
