3770 is the CPU. Q2 2012 release date.

These will both do more than most people need, but if you're looking for a better bang-for-your-buck desktop, check out this tiny form factor with a i5-4570t and 240gb ssd with w10pro
The 3770 will outperform it, but the HDD in the i7 model you linked will be the bottleneck in performance long before the low-wattage i5 in the one I linked will. Plus it's got an SSD and it's $100 cheaper. For basic home and office use, it's a pretty good deal.

Refurb/off-lease business models on Amazon with an SSD are kind of my go-to for value if gpu-intense processes aren't necessary. I don't really do anything that requires heavy cpu use anymore. Nor do most people.

A few weeks ago I bought a refurbished HP mini from TigerDirect for $218 - i5, 8 GB RAM, 120 GB SSD, Win 10 Pro. They threw in a wireless USB dongle, mouse and keyboard. It was very clean and in good shape. I've got it connected to the TV in the den and it's a great media streamer HP mini
