All of a sudden my truck says no bluetooth device available when I try to switch to Bluetooth audio. It then says it will try to connect one but then can’t find a source. My display shows that Bluetooth is connected and I can receive calls via it so I don’t understand what the issue is. Have turned Bluetooth on/off, unpaired/repaired the phone, turned phone on/off and nothing fixes the issue. Does anyone have suggestions or has dealt with this before?

It seems I have this problem about once a week.

Make sure you have your phone set to share info with SYNC.

I had to reset my sync bc of a similar issue. Also, an update to your sync would also likely fix the problem.
