Looking to replace about 30 Fluorescent 2 bulb fixtures in a small office. Any suggests? Looks like similar sized LED's is a main recommendation?
ETA: 4 ft 2 bulb T12's

Lay-in ceiling? What type of bulb? T5, T8, T12? 4', 8'?
All of these are needed to know what you could replace it with.

Well I was just going to replace the entire fixture. They are currently 4ft. Don't have to be the exact size.
I am looking into replacing some of them with better looking fixtures if possible. In the very early stages, not sure how possible that is. 10 ft ceilings with fixtures mounted to ceilings.

You can replace the bulbs with LED bulbs in the same fixtures (just cut out the ballast).
I did this in my storage room and workshop and it worked great. The typical 4' bulbs can be had for under $10 with shipping. I think I bought mine from Earth LED, but google is your friend.

You don’t even have to cut out the ballast. Lows sells some made by GE in contractor packs that just go into a normal fixture. 4’ few different color spectrums. Been swapping out my garage/shop bulbs with them.

I will probably just replace some bulbs in the offices and back rooms.
Places like the lobby, offices with clients, etc. I'd like to replace them with something that looks nicer. Is there any recommendations on that? Outside of your typical residental type of light?
I was looking for a commercial LED light that looked halfway decent I guess? Maybe I need to just go with a typical pot light.

If you replace and you’re ceiling is painted make sure the new fixtures are big enough to cover where the existing fixtures were. If not you will also be painting your ceiling to cover where the old lights we’re

RAB makes a nice looking LED replacement fixture, they are a little pricy though.
As others have said make note of the existing footprint or you'll get into more work.
For any utility/non public lighting I'd retro to LED. I'm not a fan of leaving the ballast
as it creates more heat and the hybrid lamps are more costly. JMO
(also not sure if when the ballast goes bad what the lamps will do)
Good luck.
