I’m looking for an emulator box for kids for our family camp. Ideally, I’d love one with streaming apps as well. TIA

An emulator box that plays video games? I'm not exactly sure what you're asking.

For just the emulator part I would go with a raspberry pi and retropie and then just pick up a roku for the streaming.

If you wanted a do it all solution, Nvidia Shield does a great job with emulation. But probably simpler to do a Raspberry Pi 3/4 and a separate streaming device (Roku/ONN 4K/Fire Stick 4K).

Check out arcade punks site for images you can flash to a microSD card for plug and play solutions for RPI if you don't want to create your own retropie image from scratch.

I bought an Intel NUC LINK to use for emulators. It's a mini PC with Windows. I've never had an issue buying used or refurb from eBay.

I also have an Air Mouse LINK. Just easier to navigate rather having a full size keyboard.

You can load whatever streaming apps on it as well. I have Kodi and my IPTV service.

I use RetroArch for the emulator. It has basically every emulator and I download the roms I need.
