We are a small business that has approximately 20 email clients around our building. We are currently using Hostway for our email services and they've been having some issues lately that is affecting our email. It's time to move. We would like to move everyone to Exchange server but we don't want to spend the money to host it ourselves and would rather use a reliable 3rd party company.

Does anyone have any experience with this and can provide some recommendations?

Agreed and we looked into that. Was hoping there was a non-Microsoft company that is out there as well. Reason being, Microsoft customer service isn't as good as a 3rd party would be.

You can still use 365 and just use whoever your regular IT support is to maintain it. Far and away most IT issues are solved just by Googling for a solution.

We have been an Office 365 customer for 7 years. While I have less than encouraging feelings toward many Microsoft products, too, their Office 365 support has been very good. I have to give them credit. The service has been solid for seven years.

I use Google business which works ok but not sure about support.

If I wanted great support I would go with Rackspace. I see that they offer a few different options for email hosting. I use them for my cloud and dedicated servers and their support is awesome. I don't think you can find a company with better support.

Any reasonably competent MSP will offer either O365 or Google apps for business services, or perhaps both.
