Does this PC build sound reasonable for non-gaming 4k?

I am going to build a PC. First time building, but I have experience fixing/updating PCs and laptops.
My 2 main goals are office applications plus photoshop and 4k movies via netflix and other online sources.
Want to push at least one 4k monitor and one HD monitor. I decided to go with the i5-8500 for the onboard UHD graphics (and because it was only a few bucks more than the previous 2 generations of the i5). I really had no clue what to choose for a motherboard. There are so many options. I went with one that had good reviews.
So, is this overkill, not enough, stupid? Total price is about $700 after rebates, but before shipping and taxes.
CPU: Intel - Core i5-8500 3GHz 6-Core Processor
Motherboard: ASRock - Z370 Extreme4 ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
Memory: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-3000 Memory
Storage: Crucial - MX500 500GB M.2-2280 Solid State Drive
Case: Phanteks - ECLIPSE P400 TEMPERED GLASS ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: EVGA - SuperNOVA NEX 650W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply
ETA: All done.
Thanks to everyone for their help.
I'm posting from my new computer now. Took me about 3 hours to watch youtube videos and get it all together. Windows install utility thing took forever to download and create, so I had to wait to this morning to mess with it. It installed Windows in minutes. It is definitely faster than I need haha.
Now I am on the hunt for a good deal on a 4K monitor.

FYI there is really no reason to get a Z series chipset if you aren't going to overclock the CPU.

Cool. Thanks. I was having a hard time figuring out the H vs B vs Z chipsets. The Z's had the most reviews so I chose that one haha
Is this a good choice instead of the Z?
ASRock H370 Pro4 LGA 1151 (300 Series)

basically the H series is identical to the Z series sans OC support and minus a couple of pci-e lanes. The ASRock Pro series is a good line of boards, my last 2 personal builds were with that series from ASRock.
Support (as in live/RMA) isn't the greatest with ASRock. If you are concerned with that, I'd suggest MSI.

And you don't need a 650w PSU. You'll maybe use 100w out of that machine

This too.
But I hardly ever recommend downgrading. Overkill on the PSU gives you room for expansion and a longer life of the PSU in general.

It took me hours and hours to build mine, because I was so worried about fricking something up (mine was $2500 in parts though). I must've watched the same two or three YouTube videos 10 times.
After doing it, it really is just plug and play. Having steady, small hands would've helped out tremendously. I had to get my gf to plug some wires into the mobo for me

I know I don't need the Z370, but this one is on sale for $100 with a $10 rebate:
MSI ATX Motherboard Motherboards Z370-A PRO
Pretty good?

i got a Z370 with a i7-8700k and trying to find time to overclock it.

I'm sure it is. MSI isn't in the business of making crappy equipment. All of your Z series boards are going to have pretty much the same core features. Little bells and whistles + Additional cooling + RGB are what sets different models apart.
That one will do you just fine.

I would buy the cheapest motherboard that supports your processor chipset. I only say this because you aren't overclocking or putting any strain on it. Just check the ports offered to make sure it's acceptable to what you need. Meaning mostly the audio out part. Most of the time you won't even notice the difference at all. If you're not overclocking, then everything can be cheap.

If you need extra storage I'd go with a Western Digital Black HDD: 1 TB is ~$55 and 2 TB is ~$110.
