Not if they're willing to learn. If they refuse and just continue to ask for shite they could do themselves, yes...yes, I do.

Yes. Especially those that feel they have to tell me how computer illiterate they are every damn time I go to help them.

Pretty much this. I have patience, but it's finite. There comes a certain point where I don't have the social skills to handle their helplessness.

How in the holy hell can you have a job that requires you to work on a computer all day everyday and NOT know the difference between click and right-click?

I'll take someone that admits they have no clue what they're doing all day long over the guy that thinks he knows what he's doing but in reality is equally clueless.

Yes and no. Like has been said, it depends on willingness... but I'll add ability, too. Some people who are willing just aren't cut out for things. So I simplify and let them do things the "harder but familiar" way.
