One gripe I have is on the guide, it says "College Basketball" on multiple channels, but it doesn't tell you which damn game is on that channel in the guide. I'd rather not have to jump through 3 different channels to find the exact game I would like to watch.
Overall, it's not bad, but I'll probably just stick with PlaystationVue. All of the extra channels I receive with the DTVnow package are pretty much useless to me, because I never end up watching them anyway. DTVnow is not worth $50 or $60 a month if you missed out on the intro price, IMO. You'd have to sign up the $50 package to even get the same sports channels that are offered on Vue for $35.

Kodi seems to update fine. I think its the actual fire stick itself. Sometimes its built in interface is glitchy and takes some time to load its own built in menus.

I have to modify my previous rant. Since that night, DTVN has run perfectly. So after 3 weeks of terrible service, I have had a great experience recently. If it continues in this manner I will support the product past the 3 month intro period.
The only issue I have is on the one TV I have a fire stick on. The app runs programming smoothly, but the sound output is just white noise? Has anyone heard of or dealt with this?

Is it a really old fire stick or really old tv? I got a new stick so I plugged the old one into my girlfriends tv. I get the same thing there. 0 problems at my house. Never took the time to investigate though so I'm interested to see what others say.

Had this sound issue once with my stick. Bounced around to different channels and it stopped.Its a gen 1 and Ive had several hiccups with it for various reasons. Not strictly streaming DTVN.

Interesting. I changed the channel once and had the same issue so I just turned it off. Should have tried harder. I'll give it another go. This is a gen 1 I'm working with also.

Not particularly. They seem to update every couple weeks. Ive noticed the blue dot by my DTVN app quite often. Im sure that is just minor bug tweaks tho.

Yeah, I changed the channel twice and stopped messing with it. The TV isn't old, but it is a cheap flat-screen just for the breakfast area. I will Uninstall and see if it clears up. The stick runs Playstation now and kodi just fine.

Does anyone have a list of which apps we have access to using DTVN? I thought we had access to nick jr but all I see is DTV, no DTVN...

I knoticed this morning most of the channels are back to 60 fps. The ticker on news channels and espn is smooth once again. They continuously are working out kinks so im hopeful dvr is soon to come.

None of the Nick apps have had acces via DirecTV Now. It's one of the few things I'm waiting for to fully cut the cable cord.

Meh. Get a harmony remote you cheap arse. Makes scrolling up/dn so much easier
