Has anyone bought Tablo? You get your locals + DVR through an AppleTV app.
Not yet but Im planning on getting one in the coming weeks after I get my HD antenna hooked up.

I wasn't sure it would be worth the investment (once you factor in the external storage), but after going through most of a football season now, it absolutely has been worth it for me. It makes it easy to share/split a single antenna (vs. coax splitter and running cable everywhere), and DVR functions for my locals is great.
But be warned... it does take about 10 seconds for it to "tune" into a station, which can be annoying. But once you tune in a couple stations, it switches back and forth pretty quick.

same here. My little on loves some paw patrol on demand. But I can always use mom & pops DTV login for it
My 4 year old is a Paw Patrol fiend but also watches some of the other Nick Jr shows. She would be devastated if she couldn't access all of the shows. I could always try and access using my parents' Cox login info, I guess.

Anyone else have an issue with mouths and words not syncing up?
Posted on 12/5/16 at 5:56 pm to lsugrad35
I haven't had any issue but read some people were having that on Reddit.

I haven't encountered that yet.....but it's happened plenty of times on Cox.

Are you using a Fire Stick?
Posted on 12/5/16 at 7:28 pm to lsugrad35
I had that issue with one of my sticks. Go to settings. Display and sounds and adjust the scaling to 0%.

Am I the only one that hasn't gotten an email about their Apple TV being shipped? I'm kinda getting sad faced about it.

Haven't gotten an email yet, but I'm only 2 days in. Buddy signed up day 1 and hasn't gotten his email yet.
Still love the service though.

Same, no complaints after day 1 and I'm only on Uverse's 45 mbps speed. Just was looking to hook up my Kitchen tv to the new Apple TV.

I got mine yesterday. I had the previous model apple tv and after playing with it last night, it is a very nice upgrade. You should be getting an email soon. Once I got the email, I got it 2 days later.

I ordered the 1-month prepaid last Wednesday and received my Fire TV stick on Saturday, but didn't receive the email that it had shipped until Monday. Maybe their email notifications are behind.

I've really liked the service since I signed up. Last night was the first time I had an error issue when trying to watch. I went back to the home screen on Apple TV and then back into the DirecTV Now app and had no problems after that.

Tip for my fellow TD peeps, install the iphone (maybe andorid, dunno) Apple TV app. Much easier to input text for stuff like logging into Netflix and Hulu for the first time.

When I get an error screen I just hit menu, guide, and select the station and it works
