Has anyone connected their Echo or Echo dot to a UE Boom or similar? I have tried 3x and my dot can never locate my UE Boom on bluetooth. I've disconnected my UE Boom from my phone's bluetooth, so I cannot figure out what the problem is.

I currently have my DOT connected to a jawbone and will try to connect to my UE Boom tonight and see if there or any issues. Will post back with results.

Just checked it and it paired right up with my UE Boom.
Set your UE Boom in pairing mode.
Open your Alexa app, go to Settings, Echo Dot, Bluetooth and it discovered it and paired right up.
Hope this helps.

FYI, I used the Alexa app on my iPhone to pair it up. I made sure my jawbone was off, as well.

Is it different with a regular echo? I tried pairing to my UE megaboom and it didn't work. Keeps telling me to go to settings on my phone and pair.

I have paired with both the Dot and Echo with no issues, just make sure that other devices paired with it are off.
I haven't checked, but is there a way to "unpair" preciouses devices on the Boom's, that is, to clear the cache?

I paired the Dot with my UE Boom 2 with no problem using the Alexa app.

My dot connected to my UE Megaboom. Just make sure you hold the button on the Megaboom to make it discoverable.

On mine you have to hold it down until it's in discover ode, then release.
