Cat 6 cables - are Amazon fakes a concern?

Do I need to be wary of counterfeit cables on Amazon like other items that tend to be on there? I ordered the following to run through my attic. Reviews seem good
Amazon
follow up question:
Does terminating a Cat 6 cable to a wall plate like the pic below, then connecting my PC to the wall plate with another cable lower the speed capabilities than if I ran a single cable from my router to the back of a PC?

I usually stick to monoprice for ordering cables. I have my house wired with passthrough keystones like your pic and dont have any issues.

Those are not terminated to a wall plate. They're connected to a pass through.
If they're good cables and it's a quality pass through there is no degradation in performance.

You posted a link to Mediabridge. They make really good cables. I don't understand the concern of counterfeit though. You think Mediabridge is going to buy another cable and put it in a Mediabridge package?

So long as the keystone connectors are of decent quality they should work well and last a long time.
Degraded performance and/or failures generally happen with cheap ones because of corrosion forming between the mating surfaces. I've seen this manifest faster with cheaper connectors when used for POE (pins 4,5,7,a and 8) in higher humidity environments (LA, MS, AL, FL comes to mind), a good indicator over time is the available voltage/amperage may not be stable.
At least they are typically easy to change out if you
