Bluetooth mouse jumping all over screen

Changed the batteries, reset the bluetooth connection...
Thing is only 2-3 months old...any solutions?
HP x4000b...online troubleshooting offered no soultions.

Does the driver need to be updated? Or possibly the computer has updates.

Your dongle receiver may be too far from your mouse, maybe get a USB wired extender. Also, could be some interference with any other wireless devices near the dongle.
