Does anyone use a multi device Bluetooth speaker for wfh?
I would like something to play podcasts/music from my phone and then automatucally switch over to my laptop whenever I have a meeting or phonecall.

they are a pain in the arse TBH. i ditched 2 different bluetooth speakers after Microsoft Teams would screw up audio handling and either mute the audio or my microphone. the whole point was not having to be on meetings using my tiny laptop speaker off to the side.
i finally broke down & got a cheap soundbar that plugs into USB and the problems pretty much went away.
so in short, i would HIGHLY recommend if you get a bluetooth speaker to dedicate it to playing music from your phone and not try to also integrate it into your PC/work environment as well.
i have a sonos in my office so it doesn't get caught up in all the nonsense but if I didn't have that i would have a BT speaker hooked up to my phone only and stick with USB hard-wired for my work audio.

Well shite. I was hoping for better news than that. Tired of fumbling around with my phone every time I get a teams call.

We have an Anker Powerconference bluetooth speaker in our conference room that seams to work well. Not sure how it does with music though, as we just use it for meetings or video calls.

PolyCom makes a Bluetooth speaker ($100?) that sounds really good (I like it better than the Anker which is good as well).

Y'all ain't never heard of a headset for Teams and Zoom? A good USB headset just works and has superior audio quality.
