Best site to buy a prebuilt (customizable) PC?

I'm not really looking for a gaming PC, but wouldn't mind being able to play older games, like GTA V, on it.
I'm mostly wanting to use it as a media center, so a large hard drive(6 to 10 TBs) is my main priority.
Watching reviews on youtube of companies like IBuyPower and CyberPC, it seems like there's a pretty good risk of getting a lemon from just about any of them.

Just build your own, it's super simple and so much cheaper.
Hell we could even help you find all the parts if you list your budget and tell us if you need a monitor/keyboard/mouse and such.

I'd like to spend $2,000 and I use my tv for a monitor. I've also been looking at MiniPCs, but wasn't sure if overheating would be an issue.
The one thing that has always intimidated me about building my own is installing the operating system and going into the bios. My current pc is about 10 years old and I feel a little out of the loop on current technology.

Maybe just buy an Xbox Series S and call it a day?

They make them with a 10 TB hard drive? If not, can you use an external? I'm really not worried about being able to game on it. It doesn't seem like there's many games coming out that I really care about playing anymore.
A large hard drive to store media is my main priority on replacing my current PC that only has 1 TB of storage.

I may go that route, then. Is there a reason to go X Box over Sony?

I know the X Box One X was better than the PS4 Plus (as a media center), but I'm not sure what the real differences are in the XboxX, XboxS, or PS5 in terms of media center. I think Xbox S has the advantage of cost.

Thanks for the suggestion. I will probably go this route, since GTA VI will be coming out... one of these days.

I've used www.magicmicro.com in the past.

it will take longer to find what you are looking for than it would to order the parts and assemble yourself.

Windows is very simple to install with an SD card or usb drive. Making sure you install all your drivers is something easy to forget. You don’t need to mess with bios unless you want to get into overclocking.

The former is mind numbingly easy and the latter is utterly unnecessary for what you're describing (and also very, very easy).
