Can you contact sellers on Swappa offering them less than listed price? Someone is selling an item on there I’m interested in, but it is about $40 higher than average of all the recent sales of the same item. Their listing has been active for 3 weeks now.

I purchased a phone Sun 4/17. First time using swappa. I still have no email from the seller with tracking info. Swappa sent me a congrats email saying the seller would provide me tracking info. I've since sent seller & swappa both emails asking what's up & neither have replied. Swappa's website says they don't have a phone #. What should I do?

Have you checked the sale page to see if he posted tracking there? I've never once emailed a buyer with tracking and I've sold dozens of things there.

I can't get swappa to log me in so I can check it. If I click forgot password it says "email address is not assigned to an account". If I register user it says "email address is already in use. Please supply a different email address". I email them at help@swappa.com & info@swappa.com & they don't reply. Neither does does the seller who's email addy I saw on PayPal. As a first time swappa user gotta say, this site sucks...
