True Beginner Here: Asking the boards advice on the best place to create and host a website for a small business selling B2B. Also would be interested in marketing B2B through email.

Whatchu sellin, baw?
If it’s going to be a small site, it doesn’t matter. Take your pick: bluehost, namecheap are the hosts I use for PBN.
Email marketing: ymlp for mass blasts. Cold email is not spam when B2b. Get a list and hammer em.
Use Ymlp for the first 3 blasts, export all the opens (they’re validated and less likely to bounce when using a good email marketing platform.
Use mailchimp to import opens for follow up campaigns, just make sure you’re on the up and up and not marketing to high risk industries.
Rinse, repeat.
Also recommend anything Dan Kennedy to learn copywriting, sales copy, persuasion, time management, and how to sell shite with words.
That’ll get you started. If you have any questions, just post em up.
Stay away from FB & YouTube gurus until you can decipher the bullshite.

Look at various hosting providers, probably want a managed wordpress site. I usually check which providers have specials going and look for domain registration, hosting, email, ssl as part as most are included. Of course you get your biggest savings with initial purchase so more years you sign up for the better the deal

Look into something like Squarespace. Has everything you need, offers an online store, etc.

Wordpress is definitely a place to go for creating a website. Integrates well, with tons of plugins. Also, look at these website personalization examples, this is something to consider, as it makes a difference. When it comes to email marketing, there's a whole science behind it apparently, as I realized when I started a course. So you can start by reading about it, some tips of this type, but I recommend taking a course if you want to do it yourself.

I use powweb. Powweb is NOT the best bang for your buck. I stay with them because I am already set up.
I would never consider a word press website. But, that doesn't mean you shouldn't. When using a particular platform like wordpress you are limited in certain ways that if you write your own code you aren't.
I am certainly not the most knowledgeable here but the true answer can not be given here without more information.
What is you coding level. Do you know html, sql, etc. Are you doing the coding, do you have someone to do it?
Give us more information on the size and complexity of your website. If it is simple going to be read that is easy. If it is going to have people login that is much harder and complex.
I am self taught. But that took me years to get where I am today. So fill in some of the blanks for us and you will get much more meaningful answers.
