Best gadgets for airbnb property

I am converting one of my properties into an airbnb and want to pimp it out with a few gadgets to make my life easier to manage.
What else should I get or should I reconsider...
1. Nest Thermostat to make sure AC/Heat is off when nobody is in the house.
2.Ring Security/Camera System to keep an eye on people coming and going in the house.
3. Wifi locks with backup . No idea about these. Any suggestions?
What else am I overlooking? As much as I can control remotely to make life easy I want to do so.
If you know of better brands than I listed, please let me know.

Hue lights to cut off any left on or have on when guest arrive.
And nix the Nest. Go Honeywell.
Consider having two different routers, with the one controlling all this hidden away. People are petty/stupid and could jack with the one device critical to all the other things you want to implement.

I’ve stayed in several AirBnB’s and they all have some sort of wifi programmable thermostat. Most even set upper and lower limits to keep tenants from dropping the temp to 65 then heading out for the day.

Go with nest cameras and doorbell. I had ring before nest. Nest is way better.

Automatic relocking keypad deadbolts. Auto lock the house, remote unlock, and of course reprogrammable codes, etc.
something like this LINK
re-enforce the doorframe (or be prepared to repair/replace it over time as the deadbolt will periodically fire while the door being closed).

For what you'll spend on Hue and how long they'll last, you're way better off with Lutron Caséta wall switches for the specific purpose of remotely turning lights off.

He’s trying to make money, ring is great and only $100 a year for unlimited cameras and monitored security

Main suggestions, use technology that 1) If it breaks or stops functioning it won't ruin your guest's stay, 2) you don't mind replacing cause things break in airbnb/rentals; and 3) Is easy for your guest to use. Remember technology can freak out some people and can be easy to screw up. If something doesn't work you are getting a call, sometimes late night. And if you have a management company, they won't understand the tech, so you are still getting a late night call, maybe from a drunk bachelorette party who can't figure out anything.
Wifi lights inside are overkill and not worth the investment. So it almost any other smart tech unless you live there part time and will use it yourself.
My preferences: security camera of your choice, Keypad lock with Wifi but no need to be fancy, we just set ours to lock automatically after 30 secs and that is fine, easy to use smart thermostat, maybe one alexa/good home speaker (on a separate account just for the unit) with a 1 page sheet on how to use it/turn it off.

That’s just the annual cost of ring camera cloud storage and their alarm system if you pay yearly. It’s on Ring’s website. You still have to buy the equipment though.
