I need to be able to load image drives utilizing USB flash drives for work. The iso file I'm going to be loading is approximately 110 GB. I currently have 11 flash drives that average around 45 minutes for a full install. The fastest one I have can get the job done in roughly 30 minutes or so, but I need something faster.

Any recommendations?

We got a batch of Datatravelers, not sure if the max but they worked great for like 30 seconds then all but shutdown and got really hot. We ended up with some SSD drives that were super quick and didn't overheat.

You can try putting a NVME M.2 drive into an external enclosure. They have usb 3.2 enclosures.

Would something like this work?

Newegg - Sabrent USB 3.2 Type-C Tool-Free

You could drop a cheap 250GB drive in it.

This one will read at 2,900 MB/s

Newegg - Samsung 980 M.2 2280 250GB

Don't know if it's the best but I've been using a Sandisk Extreme Pro 256 Gb, which is also available in 128 Gb.
It's been working fine the last 6 months and I use it about 3 times a week.
