Bait and Switch?

I saw an advert on Amazon for 50% off HP laptop.
Touchscreen and 8GB ram for $300.
Thinking this is a good deal, I purchased it.
What I received was a4GB non touchscreen machine.

I READ and REREAD the description before ordering.

Now, when I pull up the description from my orders, it says 4GB and doesn't mention touchscreen.

Has anyone experienced something like this before?

Or do I need to improve my reading comprehension skills?
