AT&T technology below Fiber

My nephew supposedly can only get up to 25 Mbps from AT&T but he does not want Cox High Speed Internet. Do you think 25 Mbps tier will work ok for him ?
He does do a lot of netflix streaming.

If it's AT&T but not fiber then it's DSL.
And yes 25Mbps should be fine if it's just him. If he has a family it could get tight if there are multiple streams, especially 4k streams.

Thanks so DSL doesn't have the problem of distance anymore ?
Also does AT&T give you a little higher speed for buffer or whatever ?

No it still does. I can't account for that variable. No way to know how it'll perform. If he really gets 25Mbps then he'll be fine. If he gets less it'll be problematic for 4k streaming. If he gets less than 10 he can stream at 1080p buy not much else.

That’s all we have and it’s fine. Have a solid WiFi setup and the speeds provided by them aren’t a limitation for streaming or anything else we do.
