They keep sending me shite in the mail and sometimes text. I have the 24? mbs. I don't think we even need that. They just need to fix their shite where it works all the dam time !

Yep. They refused to budge. They said they no longer offer that extended promo and could only give me a $100 gift card and $10 lower than newer customers.
