Apple Watch alarm/ timer question

I would think the Apple Watch could accomplish what I need, but to be sure I thought you guys could answer for sure. After googling, it looks like I may need an app.
I need a preofssional looking(dress) watch that will provided a vibrate alert(no sound at all) at an adjustable and reoccurring interval. If possible it would be better if the Watch could do this on its own without having to have a connectd phone nearby.
In summary; When needed, Watch would send a vibrate alert every X minutes. It would vibrate for some short time and then stop without pushing any buttons and then it would repeat again every X minutes ongoing until user stops the process.
Should be doable, but I'm not sure about the alert stopping and reoccurring without user involvement.

Yeah, I don't think you'd be able to get this functionality out fo the box. I don't know of a 3rd party app that would do it either.
the built in timer has a "repeat" button when the timer ends that you would have to hit.

This wouldn't be a problem.

My son has a bad case of ADHD and he wears a “watch” that does this. It’s just a device that vibrates at a pre set interval. Definitely not business attire though. There may be something out there for adults though.

Thanks for both of the responses.
Yeah, I found a watch, Vibralite8 on Amazon, that will do what I need for $55. Not a dress watch by any means, but for the price i though it was worth a try.
Someone has suggested that the app "Periodic Timer" will allow an Apple Watch to do what I need. Going to check on that too.

When my timer goes off on my phone, my watch mirrors it.

They have silent timers that you use for presentations, but I can't remember the name of the one I used to have. IntervalTimer maybe?

Thanks for the info, I'll look into that.
For an overall update; The app I mentioned before does work perfectly with the Apple Watch. Set the interval to the hours, minutes or seconds you desire and it will continually loop through repeating that time frame while giving the vibrate notification on the watch over and over again.
