App Store constantly popping up while on TD

Anyone else have this issue. It keeps popping up when I am on TD and trying to get me to download some game. It makes it almost unbearable to read TD it happens so frequently. I just tried on my new work phone and the same thing happens.
Any fix to this?

Definitely happening to me too. I tried fooling around with different settings, but nothing seems to stop it. Help, anyone?
