If so, how well has it worked for you?

Exactly what I have and I think it works well. I had a lot of problems before getting it. There are some drawbacks to it. Primarily, there are times where you need to unplug it to restart it. It takes a few minutes to come back online. I do that maybe once per month. Other than that, I have been pleased. I have had it for longer than a year now.

Not a fan of combo units, but if it works as advertised for what you read then have a ball

If you live in a small apartment or a smaller house, it will work just fine. If you live in something bigger, go the separate router and modem route.

Asus routers awesome!

Yes agree on asus…had one of those before i upgraded to Ubiquiti. Just recommended a client upgrade to a regular router to get off at&t combo unit, he was very happy with the asus and performance improvement.
