TP-Link has been doing some tinkering and i find that my tri band 6es aren't performing like they used to. They have taken away the option to set the 6G band on its own to be a wireless haul and in my current house, we just cant run the wires between floors (1920s house)
The set up the last few years has been two TPL upstairs, and two down, more of a rectangle than a square if you picture that..They seem to be doing "ok" but i get avg 150ish on all my devices..Sometimes its much lower, reboots help...
I'm also upgrading my Vexus from 1 to 2Gb (essentially the same price) and I'd like to think I will see that speed picked up by going to the next level of wireless...
Any thoughts would be appreciated, suggestions, etc...ASUS - ZenWiFi BE5000 looks to be what I'll grab if i move forward..Either way, i need something that will have higher than Gb ports

I have heard a lot of mixed reactions to the Unifi APs, so I am waiting for them to get a little more sorted out before I switch over.

I'm sticking with my TP-Link EAP670 V2's. Don't have any wi-fi 7 devices to take advantage of it.
If I ever get to the point of needing it, I'm splurging on a more power efficient 10gb switch that doesn't sound let an airplane
But the EAP783 looks incredible (the EAP773 looks great too)

I really dont have any 6 devices that would benefit from 6e or 7..Most of the stuff i do is wired, so my main goal is getting a better mesh while maintaining a solid LAN...
Im honestly thinking of cancelling the 1-2Gb upgrade because i dont need it
and i hate to not need it
