Live in New Orleans service is fine. WiFi calling takes some getting used to.

Mint SIM seems good so far.

I've had it with a Pixel for the past year. Signal isn't quite as good as Verizon was but it hasn't been a big problem and costs much less. I'm more or less happy with it.

I had it for a while. Service was terrible outside of any big city. Switched back to Verizon recently. I was paying $40-50 a month on project fi, but I watched my data usage which kind of sucks. Now I'm paying $80 for unlimited and it's been much less of a pain. So I guess if you're on a budget it's alright but if an extra $30 won't kill you I'd go with someone else

I have had Project Fi for about 2 years now. At first I was afraid I wouldn't be able to conserve data (I was a 40GB a month type guy) - but once I got into it it's been great and has saved me a LOT of money.

It's good in cities and along the interstate (t-mobile is good in the south for that and sprint is better in places t-mobile falters). So as far as coverage I haven't really seen much of a decrease, it's basically Verizon's coverage for me in the same areas.

works well enough, better coverage in some areas worse in others. If you are a data hog it is not for you but it has some major benefits for international use if that appeals to you.

I travael far more than most and normally have wifi access so it is great for me, your milage may vary.

When I left AT&T data was running $80 a gb overseas, they have a new deal now but I have never looked back.

I've had it for a couple of years between living in Orlando and the DFW area. I've noticed no drop off whatsoever in signal/coverage, it's just fine. Same when I travel, no difference for me.

If you don't use much data, Fi is basically a must have if you're looking for a cheap bill.

My wife and I combined average between $60-70/month.

So it always attempts to use wifi where available and then uses cell networks when no wifi is available ?

Yep. Since you pay by the GB it may not be for you if you spend all day listening to Spotify but otherwise it should be fine.

I noted earlier that I didn't get coverage in some areas that I did with Verizon, but have no way of knowing whether the reverse is true. I might well have coverage now in spots that I didn't before.

Works great. It uses WIFI calling a lot. If your WIFI sux, it suffers. But you can disable WIFI if your WIFI sux. It uses Sprint and Tmbole towers. And it works worldwide. $20 a month for unlimited voice and text. Data is $10 per gb. Uses WIFI and you don't use your data. IMHO, it is better than the iPhone MAC IOS integration since it can be used on Windows and MAC IOS hardware..
