Anyone else been having recent problems with X app?

Started a few days ago. Clicking on an embedded link from this site will pull up a pop-up asking me to "open x" . I hit open and it brings me to the app store to download which I already have so the button says open. I can skip and open in browser but I want the app to open. Its like and endless loop.
I tried clearing my cache and also uninstall ingram and reinstalling the app and nothing fixed it.

It’s happening everywhere. X is trying to prod mobile users to the app and away from a browser . The only way around it is to set your mobile browser to desktop mode.
