I have had Youtube TV and PSVue and Youtube TV is better. As someone else said use Roku.

Only thing that pisses me off is when I record stuff, if I don’t watch it the same day, you have to sit through ads

I stream through my TVs. I haven't had any issues so I haven't tried my Roku.

I couldn't get the Saints games on YouTube TV in Dallas. Not sure if there are any VPNs that you can use to set your location in Louisiana to access the Saints games? If so I'd be interested in that.

I had to use NFL ticket for home games. Friend has an account and goes to the games. For away games I think I just cycled through NFL ticket trials or use reddit streams. Can't remember.

Can you set your local channels to specific zip code? Like could I get New Orleans Market while living in Dallas?

I'm not sure about this, but it did ask for my zip code when I registered, if I remember correctly. Maybe you can just throw in whatever zip code you want.

If that's a possibility, it would be a huge game changer for a lot of folks I know

In my house I stream from 3 different devices depending on what room I'm in; Samsung Smart TV, Roku, and Apple TV. Streaming performance is not noticably different from any of the three I listed.

I do not think you can do this. It asks for your area code and then you recieve the content via streaming. So if your IP address isn't matching your zip code you will get an error message. When I travel for work and if I attempt to login to YouTube TV while in a differnet zip code I recieve and error message and can not view content.

Anyone use YouTube TV with Apple TV 4K? Our phones are all iPhones and tablets are all iPads and I wonder if it makes sense to go with the Apple TV for tighter integration instead of the Roku?

I use it on an AppleTV and an AppleTV 4k. 0 complaints.

Guide is kind of a pain with the swiping, but no other issues on Apple TV.

I just hung up the phone cutting my cable and phone with Xfinity/Comcast. From what I gather, most people like YouTube TV better than Hulu Live?

We have 2 smart tv's, but 1 is just a regular HD TV. How much are Roku's?

Used all major streamers on free trials. YouTube TV was so much better it's not even funny.

Also easiest to share with others if needed. Only a little work if others you share live in different city to share, just a 15 min current location check with a mobile phone where you want it.

Unlimited DVR is a game changer.

How does one pick up MLB games on YT Live that are not on the regular channel lineup? I signed up for the free trial this afternoon.

Maybe someone can help me.
I'm on the 7 or 14 day trial. Set up with my CC. Works fine on 1 TV.
Got a Roku on back TV. Trying to set it up and it's wanting CC info again for a 5 day trial.
Not sure what's going on and don't want to have 2 accounts set up even though it's the same google user and password.

First time cutting the cord so figured someone here knows the deal.
So far really like Youtube TV compared to paying out the arse for Direct TV.

I figured it out. It was somehow linked to a different older gmail account I had.
Works like a charm now.

So far, I like it much better than Direct Tv. For almost 1/3 the price it's great.

Does your internet company charge you for data usage over a certain amount if you don't have cable.

I have ATT cable and internet.

I believe I get unlimited internet data as long as I pay for cable.

But if I stop getting cable and get internet only they charge me if I go over 300.

I have a family of 5 who all stream.

I currently am a heavy kodi user but i am afraid if I drop cable completely for a streaming service I will get charged for internet usage.

Better than directv

I just switched from Directv as well. About 1 month in and don’t regret it one bit. I have the app on my main Samsung tv and the other 3 TVs I have YouTubeTV app sideloaded. I picked up x2 Firesticks from bestbuy a few weeks ago for $15 each. Such a steal!
