Any good apps for client organization?

Right now I just keep an excel sheet, but I’m getting to the point I have too many people to juggle and I’m looking for an app to help out. Any suggestions are appreciated. What I’m looking to track:
Client name and contact info
Date of last contact with client
Last time they placed an order
Schedule a follow up reminder
That’s really it. I figure there’s gotta be an app out there for this.

Hubspot sales. Love that you can see if they receive and open your email. Might not be able to import last order placed but you could manual enter.

You can create such app, it will be the perfect solution for you. Well if you have good programming skills. Otherwise you can appeal to the company https://www.infopulse.com/services/software-engineering/ that specialises in this field. They will create an app that suits all your needs.
