Any calendars that work well with Outlook 365

I have to use 365 for work. We currently use google calendar for our family stuff. Google syncs fine to my outlook, but outlook does not work well syncing to google it does it one time, not real time.
The other option - Iphone calendar pulls in outlook calendar info well, but does not send events created in iphone calendar back to outlook calendar well.
This is a real pain in the arse. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Fantastical. (Flexbits) But it costs $5 bucks a month. I have used it for years because I have the same problem with Outlook as you do. Now, although it costs, Fantastical is first-rate. Reliable on all my devices.

I started using Cozi free version as way to circumvent the gaps between gmail/outlook/ios accounts. Basically a view of whatever collection of calendars you and family use. Options allow you to use just the app and have it 1-way or 2-way sync, so you can actually just use the app for all your calendar stuff. Think it’s around $20 a year for subscription where you get some advanced features.

Yeah...without the subscription, the calendar isn't searchable, which can be really inconvenient. Otherwise, I love the free version of Cozi.
